Current solicitations are available on the BidNet direct online platform, https://www.bidnetdirect.com/florida/highlandscountyfl. Vendors must register at this website to view and download solicitation documents.
Solicitation Submissions
Proposals must be submitted as indicated in the solicitation documents. For solicitation specifications, forms, and submittal requirements, please refer to the solicitation document or contact the Highlands County Purchasing office and/or the Procurement Analyst in charge of the solicitation.
Responses may be submitted by one of the following methods:
- Electronic Submission via BidNet Direct
OR - Hard Copy Submission in a sealed and marked package
Submissions received later than the date and time as specified will be rejected. The Board shall not be responsible for delays caused by the method of delivery such as but not limited to; Internet, United States Postal Service, overnight express mail service(s), or delays caused by any other occurrence.
Solicitation Openings
All formal responses are opened, and names of submitters/proposers are read publicly at the location, time, and date stated in the solicitation documents.
