How to Pay Fees


To access the portal, click on the image above.

Payments may be made by cash, check, or credit card. If you would like to pay online, the online payment instructions are as follows:

1. Under services, select the appropriate department/service type.
2. Under reference number, list the appropriate permit, project, case, or contractor number.
3. Enter the appropriate fee amount and select pay now.
4. Enter your contact and payment information.
   

Once the payment has been made, please email the appropriate department with the receipt number so we can apply the payment.

Please note: Civi-Tek charges a non-refundable 3.5% service fee for credit or debit cards for processing your payment.

A $5 service fee will be charged for ACH or E check transactions.
