  • Rentals are limited to 8 consecutive hours

Damage Deposit - Refundable:

Private, Education, Civic, Religious, Non-Profit Rental Rate:

  • 0-50 people - $100 plus tax (per day)
  • 51+ people - $130 plus tax (per day)
  • Plus $20 an hour plus tax if used between 6-10 p.m.

Government Rate:

  • No fee

Additional Fees:

  • None

Extraordinary Cleanup:

  • $25 per hour plus tax (held from the deposit)

Event Insurance Required:
