The County provides an excellent spectrum of employee benefits, including employer sponsored health, dental and life insurance, an Employee Assistance Program, Telehealth and Wellness programs.  The County has supplemental benefits such as a Deferred Compensation (Section 457) Plan, and available life and catastrophic disability insurance through various authorized vendors.

These programs are administered through the County's Human Resources Generalist, in conjunction with the County's Agent of Record, The Ghering Group.
