The Housing Division administers funds received from Florida Finance Corporation for the State Housing Initiative Partnership (SHIP) program. There are three (3) forms of assistance available:
- Down payment assistance for first time home buyers;
- Home repair assistance for existing homeowners; and
- Foreclosure prevention for existing homeowners.
