The minimum price of the properties will be reduced in accordance with Ordinance 16-17-08. These properties are available for direct purchase from the Purchasing Division at 600 S. Unless otherwise noted, properties in the Sun n Lake of Sebring area have one (1) year of District Assessments due. This amount is IN ADDITION to the purchase price. If applicable, the district assessment will be collected prior to the recording of the County Deed.
