Highlands County offers residents and non-residents the opportunity to rent space at three locations inside special benefit districts:

  • Highlands Park Estates Clubhouse
  • Sun N Lakes Community Building (property-owners only)
  • Placid Lakes Community Building
    • Reservations can be made online. (See link below)
    • Reservations can be made no more than one year in advance.
    • Full payment is due at the time of the booking.
    • Facilities cannot be used for events where admission is charged, or anything is sold for the personal gain of one or more persons or businesses.
    • Insurance is required for the rental of any Highlands County facility. 
    • Tables and chairs available.
