Carver Park

Carver Park is a neighborhood park that offers plenty of family-friendly fun along with exercise stations for fitness enthusiasts. It has a lighted ball field, playground, covered picnic pavilion and basketball courts.

13963 Josephine Ave., in the Highway Park subdivision in Lake Placid.

The best place to park is on Williams Avenue, which you may access from Vision Street.

The lighted ball field has covered dugouts and bleachers and the basketball courts are also lighted.

The park has a lot of green space, and plenty of benches can be found for people to enjoy sitting and watching basketball games, ball games, and kids playing on the playground.

The playground has slides, a jungle gym and a swing set and shade canopy. The covered picnic pavilion is not too far from the ball field.

10 Fit-Trail exercise stations are installed in the park. These fitness stations offer excellent exercise options for those who love to exercise outdoors.

As always, if you are going to enjoy time outside while at this park, be sure to bring sunscreen and bottled water with you. The park does not currently have public restroom facilities, so please plan accordingly.
